Cedar Hills Bio Energy Facility
H&M Electric provided the electrical infrastructure services for this facility. The Cedar Hills facility is one of the largest landfill gas to pipeline quality gas processing plants in the world.
CHI Franciscan Rehab Hospital
H&M Electric partnered with Aldrich Associates to build this ground up inpatient rehab facility in 12 months from breaking ground to occupancy. The facility included 60 patient rooms, rehabilitation spaces, full service dining facilities, kitchens, nurse stations, administrations space, and a custom designed outdoor therapy courtyard.
Chihuly Garden and Glass
H&M Electric partnered with the Schuchart Corporation and Owen Richards Architects for the design build exhibition space for the world famous glass sculptor Dale Chihuly. The project entailed renovation, expansion, and conversion of the former 20,400 sf Fun Forest Pavilion and ground up construction of the “Glass House Atrium”. The project features nine galleries, sculpture garden, a 50 seat theatre, lecture hall, dining, and retail areas. The project is LEED Silver Certified and was completed in 9 months.
Intellectual Venture’s Bellevue Research and Development Center
H&M Electric performed the design build electrical services for this 87,000 sf tech space. The project includes offices, lab space, testing and fabrication space, new electrical infrastructure and backup power.
Seattle Children's North Clinic
H&M Electric Inc. is proud to be chosen to support the Seattle Children’s Hospital expansion of their regional clinics. The North Clinic is located on the Providence Medical Center Colby Campus. The facility includes 150 parking stalls in a combination of underground and above ground parking and houses over 18 pediatric subspecialties, onsite imaging and a sports therapy gym.
