H&M Electrical Contractors has served Washington's commercial and industrial builders since 1993. As an IBEW-signatory contractor, we field a trained, credentialed workforce qualified for prevailing-wage and public-works projects across the state — with Idaho licensing underway as we expand across the state line.
Our range runs from ground-up electrical construction and design-build to precision tenant improvements and a 24/7 service division. What sets us apart is where that range has taken us: two decades inside occupied hospitals, research laboratories, and critical-power facilities where a mistake is not an option.

What areas of Washington does H&M Electric serve?
We serve all of Washington from our Marysville headquarters, with a core market across Snohomish and King counties and project history in Pierce, Kitsap, Island, and Chelan counties. Idaho licensing is in progress, so we will soon serve projects across the state line as well.
Can H&M work in an occupied, operating hospital or facility?
Yes. Most of our healthcare work happens in occupied facilities. We plan phased tie-ins, temporary power, and shutdowns of live systems under infection-control (ICRA) containment so patient care continues while we build — something we have done for more than twenty years.
Is H&M qualified for prevailing-wage and public-works projects?
Yes. As an IBEW-signatory contractor, H&M fields a trained, credentialed union workforce and is qualified for prevailing-wage and public-works projects for counties, cities, hospital and school districts, and federal agencies.
What types and sizes of projects does H&M take on?
Commercial and industrial only — from ground-up electrical construction and design-build to tenant improvement, healthcare and critical-environment work, and ongoing service and maintenance. We do not perform residential work.
