Project Manager
Lead commercial and healthcare electrical projects from buyout through closeout — budgets, submittals, procurement, subcontracts, and owner/GC coordination. Estimating and healthcare-project experience are a plus.
Estimator
Take off and price commercial, industrial, and healthcare electrical work; assemble competitive, accurate bids and bid-day strategy; and help convert bid invitations into won work.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
Field electricians
Journeymen & apprentices — through the IBEW
H&M is a signatory contractor with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Our field electricians are dispatched and supported through the IBEW, which means union-scale wages, benefits, and access to formal apprenticeship and continuing education.
